06/6/2014 22:56 | AJBell YouInvest have now credited the 75p per share as available cash in my account. | tompion
06/6/2014 21:47 | Barclays are always late with the dividend. Hopefully it will only be the one (working) day, which means it should be there on Mon. | b1ggles
06/6/2014 20:03 | Barclays seem to be showing a Fractional amount (which is probably the settlements between the old and the new share numbers) but don't yet show the 75p div whereas Hargreaves L shows just a single payment on the 6th which appears to include the 75p and the fractional differences. Clear as mud eh? Anyone know why AGK bothered to do all this stuff? I sold mine on the 29th anyhow but I would like to know what the purpose is? | sea and sky
06/6/2014 12:15 | Just got my 'fractional entitlement' of £7.23 in my account. | b1ggles
06/6/2014 11:23 | Mine have been in my portfolio with YouInvest for quite some time - and still there. Assuming they would be replaced with cash from the sale today, if I ticked the right box! | tompion
06/6/2014 10:42 | tompion: Just checked mine on self trade. Nothing yet. My B shares don't even appear to get a mention on my account either. | cfb2
06/6/2014 10:30 | Anyone received cash from sale of their B shares yet? | tompion
30/5/2014 16:05 | It was XD on 25th April and paid on 27th May. I sold all mine at 17.57 and got paid for the lot. Been waiting to hear from them along the lines off " Errm Mmmmm sorry Mr. but we forgot to fractionate you holding" Waiting to see if this will drop a bit more before getting back in. Have a great weekend y'all | flatoutfred
30/5/2014 11:08 | Seems harsh. New guy looks alright? | zcaprd7
29/5/2014 14:51 | More likely board related. | typo56
29/5/2014 13:57 | no xd today so I would say not | bountyhunter
29/5/2014 13:56 | Is the fall divi related? | zcaprd7
29/5/2014 09:57 | Thanks! I'll put that link in the header. My fraction is around a tenner so nice to know I should get that in the end! This is the relavant bit: 6. What if the number of Existing Ordinary Shares I hold on the Record Date does not divide exactly by 83? "If, immediately before the Share Capital Consolidation, your holding of Existing Ordinary Shares does not divide exactly by 83, you will be left with a fractional entitlement to a New Ordinary Share. So, for example, a Shareholder with 100 Existing Ordinary Shares would, after the Share Capital Consolidation, hold 95 New Ordinary Shares and an entitlement to approximately 0.18 of a New Ordinary Share. Aggreko will combine all fractions and arrange to have them sold in the market. It is expected that CREST accounts and bank accounts, as appropriate, will be credited with your proportion of the sale or you will be sent a cheque for your proportion of the sale on 6 June 2014. However, should the cash consideration for your fractional entitlement be less than £3 your CREST account or bank account will not be credited nor a cheque despatched in respect of that entitlement and the proceeds will be retained by the Company." | bountyhunter
29/5/2014 08:15 | Fractions get paid if they're not less than £3 according to the circular | b1ggles
29/5/2014 03:11 | Looks like we have a new CEO... | zcaprd7
28/5/2014 19:41 | Fractions get paid out for if they're over £5 I think | argylerich
28/5/2014 18:47 | bountyhunter: The resulting fractions go back into Aggreko. | cfb2
28/5/2014 17:55 | ...presumably the same applies to the 'B' shares worth 75p each? ...also with the share price at around £17.50 the odd fraction of a share following the consolidation is not entirely insignificant - anyone know who gets the fractional shares left apparently in a black hole by the consolidation? Is it just bad luck if the consolidation leaves you 0.99 of a (new) share out of pocket? | bountyhunter
28/5/2014 15:44 | The new shares should show tomorrow morning, that's the usual timing with Barclays when there's a consolidation. | b1ggles
28/5/2014 15:03 | "The current line of stock that you hold is now defunct and is due to be replaced. This is the reason that your holding is showing up with nil value as this line is not currently pricing. As soon as this gets replaced your account will reflect the correct value online within your portfolio." Nice of them to let me know I would see a Zero balance when I logged onto my account this morning..!!! Wonder how long this will take? | mjolnir69
28/5/2014 09:41 | Looks like there are some duff brokers, confused by the consolidation. The nominal value of the shares and ISIN have changed. | typo56
28/5/2014 09:37 | How / when does the division take place ?? I've just tried to sell all of mine and was given an offer of £17.57 for the original amount I bought instead of the amount divided by 83 x 79 ? Be a tidy profit if I take that and get my 75p per share also. And the divi to boot !! | flatoutfred
28/5/2014 09:06 | Wtf. All my agk stock missing from sipp account! Has this happened to anyone else?.. | mjolnir69
28/5/2014 07:58 | The divi may be done and dusted but today they're ex 75p return of capital, with 79 for 83 consolidation. Could be fun! | typo56
27/5/2014 09:11 | looks poised for a breakout | gucci |
