Two decent buys this morning so far which account for the rise on the bid. 250k buy went through on plus one on the regular market. Any slightly decent news here and 10p plus again, buy when everyone has sold... multibagger imho

According to the chart above we rose 10% today. Can anyone confirm if that is correct? The chart on Plus shows no change and the volume is miniscule. TIA.

Hi max,

Well done on your buy. AGC are speaking at a Miami conference on 17th and 18th Jan 2008, so maybe some news to come from there. I'm sure they will want to put something out as its been quiet for a while now.

High eric....was me the 148k....waiting more funds to add more....agc should update soon and this price is way too low,imho......could shoot up in no time,if things are sorted out....very quiet here,but best time to buy is when quiet,take care,max.

Hi, Hope so, the Company are not giving anything away, but the more research I'm coming across the less I can understand the drop in share price Credits are going to be massive once the EU stop issuing them like toilet paper, and we have the facility to produce and trade them, as long as we can keep expenses under control, growth is a real possibility from what apears to be a horrendously oversold position (unless I'm missing something). Here's hoping.

I pursued my earlier enquiries with the company and receied this e-mail today:

Thank you for your enquiry regarding AgCert's current progress. As you alluded to in your original letter, market regulations make it impossible for the company to answer individual shareholder enquiries of this nature. As stated in the company's previous RNS statement, further announcements will be made in due course.

I appreciate that this response does not address your concerns but please rest assured that the Board will be updating shareholders as soon as is practical.

I sent the company the following e-mail and received a reply. It didn't answer much but I'm pleased they responded so quickly.

Hi, and Happy New Year,



I am a shareholder and was wondering are we still presenting in Miami on 17th and 18th Jan 08?



Also will we be updating the Market any time soon on any possible progress?



Things have become extremely quiet, and in relation to the recent horrific decline in the shareprice; I must say it is a little more worrying with each day of silence.



I am aware that you are limited to what you may say due to market rules, but a little reassurance of any sort would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting a similar impression to you the more I read. I was quite impressed with the stuff on www.agcert.tv for such a small company. I've been wrong before though, I lost a fair chunk on SCR bottom fishing. I even saw pictures of the CEO with a massive chunk of Molybdilymn in his hands, which turned out not to be there!!! So I can be a bit suspicious of the claims of the companies I invest in.

Ericban,i bought a little one monday and still didn`t show up!I think if you bought with TDW they might declare it in a buch....I`m buying more tomorrow morning at the open....but i`m waitng for serious money to buy in .This could leap 2-5 times in no time......From last results,the company was making good progress in profits....this set back could be a temporary one..imho
