Reddish Tinge/ S I S S/ Abu hannah/twao etc-
this bumbling fool has taken the trouble to email Campbell to find out some actual details about the potential funding which I have passed on to some of the genuine shareholders.

undecided- you twist my words, whether deliberately or accidentally.
"This is a clear indication that you have now come around to the idea that AFD did indeed have a finanace issue moving forward"
There is a difference between them not being ABLE to get the money...which I believe they can...and the effect that it would have if they completed on that, since some money would have to come from shareholders.

" they offer a 0.07p share "
"Who values the new company at 0.07p a share?"

I think you'll find it's not 0.07p but 7p.

Save yourself the effort by not typing the extra "0.0"

To me you are a great and unbiased poster and thinker. You are better to read than some of the dyed in the wool "rose tint wearers" who can only ramp. Sadly I could not understand many of rainfalls posts but I assume him to be genuine but lacking in expertise.

As for mc, she's just clueless. She trips over her own comments so many times (as proven in 13486)..... it's part and parcel of who she is. When she's stumped she'll make the usual comments about the posters comments being illogical (that's her last line of defence - quite pityful). In reality she's nothing more than a bumbling fool.

Yaris adopts the North Korean approach to freedom of expression. Opinion is fine in his books so long as it's in line with his. Otherwise your views and opinions should be curtailed and not uttered.

Mc I stated in my posting "in my opinion" so always take that as read.

Yesterday you posted that you had no idea whether AFD had finance problems so you we're unable to answer a question I posed to you. Today you post "have you considered at all the dilution that would almost certainly have to have taken place if AFD had to stump up their share of the money for the mine"

This is a clear indication that you have now come around to the idea that AFD did indeed have a finanace issue moving forward.

Yesterday's question

"Can I ask you one question if we accept that AFD did not have finance problems would you accept that JT has therefore sold out too cheaply and have you any views as to why he may have done this?"

Cc Your missing the point I could purchase Luc shares today for cash and it would have the same effect if the shares we're to leap up. Trouble is that sadly I believe because JT tells me so that AFD is worth 0.445 and I have no reason to believe that Lucars's shares are worth more for the same reason.

Yaris: Luds/Rainfall has been a worthwhile and a pro afd contributor to this thread for a long time. Just because we are both disillusioned by what occurred two days ago does'nt warrant our not having an opinion anymore.

yes maybe, but if you are sitting on a pile of cash the potential returns from AK6 are probably rather compelling and totally deleverage of any risk........

undecided..

In my opinion whether paper or cash it makes no difference.

thats wrong.........its a very big difference...cash means thats it end of..value pre determined....if LUC shares double then your value doubles......if the new BE shares went from 7p to 21p for example then your value trebles......

whos to say that AK8/9 couldn t be a feeder mine into the AK6 infrastructure...or that BK5 is a pipe big enough to be mined economically ???.......agreed all ifs and buts........but no different to when AFD listed at 7p..........

the trick next time is to sell out at the top........not doing so last time has cost me six figures

GEMD making an offer is very unlikely, they like to manage mines not be minority partners.

undecided- "which from the JT end is the reason why he sold us out"...is that 'in your opinion'?
Have you considered at all the dilution that would almost certainly have to have taken place if AFD had to stump up their share of the money for the mine?
We are not talking peanuts here.
You are also talking nonsense about Persian Gold and PET.

rainfall, 30p doesn't matter.

Either there will be a higher bid from someone, or we will hold to production and the price will be higher.

rainfall, doesn't that depend on whether or not JT's head has a point on the top?

markfrankie, that's what I was saying. What's the ultimate value of LUC shares?

It might be better to take LUC shares and watch the price go up eventually, rather than have a quick profit now from GEM (if such an offer exists). One might have a bigger profit by waiting.
