That 8% will be the nice drop in combined price since Thursday greenroom - and an opportunity to buy.

Who cares? The market has so far completely mispriced the IO. A few RNS resource updates & the share price here will be transformed, imo. The share price now is nonsense - updates on Nkout, Ngoa, Akon & Putu will blow the roof off this, imo.

Well - getting close now to finding out how the market has 'split' the company. Some have suggested somewhere between 60:40 and 70:30. Don't know what anyone else thinks but I sure as hell would not be happy with 70:30, meaning that AUE would, on current price of AAAM, open at around 81p. The total for both would be around 268p, a full 36p( or 12%) below close on Thursday.

How many think that selling just before close last Thursday and buying both tomorrow morning will prove to have been more profitable? Isn't the benefit of hindsight wonderful?

Good, good. I may well go through this thread when we stop using it and compile a list of the useful posts for reference. Will probably be a job for a wet weekend (or to avoid a royal wedding!).
