Quite clear that AFRI is jumping before it is pushed. Nomad resignation was only a matter of time and this is probably the compromise they have come up with. It would be interesting to see what happens if shareholders do not vote for the cancellation. There will be plenty of shares held by MMs as people bail to cover the tiny short positions that may be open. Shorts can still close when only on ISDX as there is rarely a problem buying shares through the lobster pot, the problem is selling them!

Market Makers don't need to report their shorts. And professional shorters can hide behind MM shorts. So short tracker is rubbish.

I think the shorts have hit all if DLs shares. Just because he has volume in them from AIM point of view. Shorts always hit volume stocks.

the shorts may well have to cover their AIM hedges and spread betting. They won't get their AIM margins on ISDX. I think this is a good move. This could well really hurt the shorts. The shorts probably crashed the price thinking people might panic.
