you are right and that probably explains the share price drift - however if this was worth 30p a share to RA before the current order and 101FC progress then it is worth more now imho. The funds and ITs will be looking carefully at this to time an entry for a long term hold now. I see no issue re a fund raising - it will happen and if offered i will take up at any share price discount.
Where else is there a prospective 10 bagger in this sector?

tonsil, from my very limited knowledge it does look interesting at the right price, and we may be near that. But how is the funding gap to be addressed? You would have thought that against the size of the recent project it wouldn't be a problem to get some more spondoolics from the likes of RA, or take the ITM route and get a strategic investor on board?

if this goes back to 10p i will make this a major holding. I'm already in at 8.7p.

10p is fill your boots time - but sadly i don't think it will go back that low but maybe i will fill a shoe or two at 15p.

i once held this previously then sold it at 55p so it owes me nothing. It is now de-risked and is a buy and hold. A great research and innovation story and an ethical stock combined.

NB... Lets give a little credit where credit is due....at least Mr Bond is not costing the company £300K p.a.

It not about pump and dump its about investing and day traders arguing the toss about individual preferences regarding the validity of company RNS. On AIM very few individuals invests any more they just play the market as they see it, when I said I was considering purchasing more share these would be for trading that seems the only way to make money these days.

I took a look at the Lanstead agreement again to check how much AFC will get over and above the agreed 13.33p share price threshold, whether that is the whole month or day to day has not been made clear, not sure who wins, financial instruments are usually heavily weighted in favour of the money men. At present AFC will be receiving a greater than 100%

=======================
""The Equity Swap Agreements will provide that the Company's economic interest will be determined and payable in 18 monthly settlement tranches as measured against a benchmark price of 13.33p per share (the "Benchmark Price"). If the measured share price exceeds the Benchmark Price, for that month, the Company will receive more than 100 per cent. of the monthly settlement due on a pro rata basis. There is no upper limit placed on the additional proceeds receivable by the Company as part of the monthly settlements. Should the measured share price be below the Benchmark Price, the Company will receive less than 100 per cent of the expected monthly settlement on a pro rata basis. Of the aggregate proceeds of GBP2.2 million (before expenses) from the issue of the Lanstead Subscription Shares, the Company will use approximately GBP330,000 (15 per cent.) for investment in its continuing operations and GBP1.87 million (85 per cent.) for investment in the Equity Swap Agreements as described above. In no event would a decline in the Company's share price result in any increase in the number of Ordinary Shares received by Lanstead or any other advantage accruing to Lanstead.""

New Tech knew he was about to kick on with the pump and dump; he opened a nerw thread and moderated every neutral or questioning post. now he has taken the loot and done a runner. Any seriously injured party can complain;

It knocks credibility from Bond as well; makes him look a spiv.stupid or both

that's alright then; serious competition does not go in till it knows it can be made to work and the potential market is clear. these technical things are taboo
so laymen are never told the whole story; some mugs got their hands burned, yet yiou could see the scam building up a while back

Lanstead probably sold forward or should have done at 26p and over, then bought back; They may have done, as covered bears

NB...

I understand your position...you are right...however why is nobody else bothering to produce what is the most efficient FC system on the market, not only from production costs but generating output...makes ya wonder.

Also there are by-products that have a value which our day traders have no idea about...Heat, pure water and depleted Oxygen.

What has convinced me is the Koreans they would not have touched this if they thought it would fail..And besides I took profit a 30p last summer so just giving what's left of my holding and the company a little more time.. I may even dip my toe again.
