                 Reconciliation of a Director's total shareholdings


The Board of Advent Air announces that pursuant to an announcement made on 25
August 2006, the total interest of John Jost in the Company was reported as
3,475,411 ordinary shares.



The Company has now been informed by John Jost that his total interest in the
Company consists of 3,502,662 ordinary shares held as follows :
