As you may know by now I have rather a feeble brain but how does Dyson buying Airfield DIRECTLY impact the share price here?

Just whizzed over the last 6 days trades and we are thanks to that large buy today over 200k more buys than sells,so we may be turning the corner...
At these prices we may not get another chance at these levels again..gla

Accept it or not technology is the way forward Amazon already running their warehouses with Robots and there are far more academics including the BOE governor who says the UK will lose millions of jobs to Robots the next 10 years.

We are starting to see the second industrial revolution, and that will encompass far more need for technology components.

On another tack little birdy sings to me it was important to get a new Chairman on board prior to the issue of a broker note!

Playful, thanks for the commentary. Tony Lochery has certainly been involved in several large facility management companies and hopefully will have some sound guidance in that area.

Rinson, I was in attendance and I'm happy with their current direction of travel. They are focusing on improving division performance and directing additional resources where needed. The new Chairman is terrific just the type we need.

When I asked if he intended buying into the company his response was very positive not the usual I'm only here for my skill sets rubbish you get with some.

We are probably witnessing a changing of the guard with some large PIs with links to the old guard moving on, but that's always an opportunity...

Appointment of New Chairman

APC Technology Group PLC (AIM: APC), the provider of design, specification and distribution services for specialist electronic components and systems, lighting technologies and connectivity products, is pleased to announce that Anthony Lochery will be appointed Non-executive Chairman of the Company, and will join the Board as a Director, effective immediately following the Annual General Meeting of the Company on Friday 24 February 2017.

Tony Lochery has been chairing business to business service and distribution companies for the last 12 years and has an excellent record of value growth and realisation. He brings significant experience in strategy development and operational execution, for businesses trading in the UK and internationally. Tony has held Board positions for over 30 years including 13 Chairman positions and other executive roles. Prior to becoming non-executive, Tony built his own company, which was sold to Kwik Fit PLC, where he became Group Managing Director. After the sale of Kwik Fit PLC to Ford, Tony became Chief Executive of City Holdings, a privately owned facilities management company employing 10,000 people.

As previously announced, Leonard Seelig will retire as Chairman and as a Director of the Company immediately following the Annual General Meeting.

I hope not. If all goes well this should at least double in price in a year. Try getting that interest rate on a bank account or indeed that premium on a buyout!
