19/2/2016 09:57 | "Simon Templar QC 19 Feb'16 - 09:29 - 144 of 145 0 0 Well I had no idea about a placing having purchased a lot higher." Do you think anyone else had an inkling? | kemche
19/2/2016 09:29 | Well I had no idea about a placing having purchased a lot higher. The one consolation is its a growth stock and it looks like margins should improve. I suspect recovery and improvement in profits will now come sooner than previous market expectations. The share price bouncing back. In the meantime its possible the company will still put more flesh on the bones on trading on the day of the AGM which is next week. Brownie, you are clearly right about accelerated growth. | simon templar qc
19/2/2016 09:29 | I think the placing price was because it was negotiated in the last 2 weeks when markets were at their worst. Not a reflection on the company prospects. | zipstuck
19/2/2016 08:51 | I'm disappointed with the price of the placing. Way too much of a discount. But having said that getting more working capital in light of the thin balance sheet and recent contract wins has got to be the right thing to do. We should now see accelerated growth IMHO. I'm in the market for more to average my price down and to enjoy more of the ride that I think the company will now go on. | brownie69
19/2/2016 08:36 | yes hopefully the order book with materialise into contracts. However if the institutions have ben selling higher and buying back at 6p. Then it damn outrageous, but not surprising how the corrupt market works. The astute investors will be glad to be buying in now:) | jailbird

19/2/2016 08:08 | Pug: Agree mate but asPlayful says sometimes you need to take a step back to move forwards. I think that the order pipeline mentioned was phenomenal and did not include Distribution. Good opportunity to top up today if anyone has the balls. | rinson
19/2/2016 08:05 | Have you ever pushed a winner buystock/3dimensiona Incredible 100% losing record you have | sharetips6
19/2/2016 08:01 | So who knew this was coming ? The silence on the board suggests some knew. However funding now appears in place so hopefully share price should recover if RH can keep costs under control - I like it that he has now invested a significant amount in the coy. thoughts ? | pugugly

09/2/2016 22:21 | ST, Would you say that the receding tide has affected all boats or just this one? In your professional experience of course. | kemche
09/2/2016 19:08 | Markets: Some blue chips like miners lost 80% Barclays bank 50% last 12 months the market getting oversold. Had the markets not been in such a torrid way I suspect we would have been climbing towards the target price. Markets due a bounce some shares will bounce very quickly as governments will do whatever it takes to prevent a meltdown whether it be more monetary easing or further interest rate cuts. Negative rates could also be implemented. | simon templar qc
09/2/2016 17:30 | My take on two day trades: I cannot see any big seller out there if there had have been we would have seen chunks of about 50,000/100,100 plus yesterday when the opportunity was there. Today most the sells under 60,000 and lower. Market jitters affecting lots of holders lately you can understand small investors being panic selling. One larger buy however at about 120,000 difficult to establish whether it was delayed from yesterday or a premium on today after the price fall. I suspect the latter. I also suspect most the holders reasonably comfortable holding despite the torrid markets as the share price is still holding up since New Year. But for torrid markets I reckon APC would have seen a significant increase by now. I still think we will see more news this month on date of AGM which is in two weeks time if not more news before. We could end up with more contract wins news and also a separate trading update on the actual date | simon templar qc

08/2/2016 09:04 | Bit more on the article: Suggests Minimise Monitoring & Control is addressing the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) market i.e. Royal Mail. Memoori estimates Global Mkt worth $16.7B in 2013 rising *.4%/yr. Talks a lot about success in verticle integration and success of Distribution especially in IOT. Summation, 'Buy Shares for exposure to fast growing energy and water sustainability market.' | rinson
08/2/2016 08:58 | Now that is good news because Techinvest tends to invest themselves and could have contributed to some of the large buys of late. Early days Techinvest investors will probably add. One of the best if not the best techs tipsters mags. | simon templar qc
08/2/2016 08:49 | Page in weekends Techinvest suggesting good buy opportunity for sustainability play | rinson
