Another thought is why don't we have companies like that in the UK? I'm sure our economy could benefit.

In his article on 15th December, TW said "in the absence of a statement I am not finished with this one and am preparing a Christmas Day present just for Advanced and Serandour. So presumably that's still on the cards.

Hope not too many peeps were shorting this at recent prices on back of TW's view, or they maybe having a baaa-humbug of a Christmas following recent buying and share price rises.

The rns is frustratingly vague as it talks about progress but doesn't say testing is completed - which it clearly isn't.

AVO forecast testing to be complete by year end.

To add to other comments there is still no news on the financing plan.

My view is that they are being cautious about what they say because of TW and his penchant for twisting everything and using any information they release to attack the company and damage the company's reputation and prospects.

I know from personal experience that when faced with an irrational and implacable enemy the less ammunition you give them the better.

They still haven't clarified their relationship with Sinophi, and cancellations by the two hospitals due to AVO's inability to give revised delivery dates (according to Sinophi). Also, although they have given dates for the building at Harley St. they haven't given a date for installation of the machine there. These are issues that they seem to be avoiding at the moment.

I hear what your saying Werty5.
My take is that a lot of the directors have had their fingers burnt through sheer buffoonery. I noted that a few were all buying shares back when the price was consolidated at around £1.20.
Hopefully now they'll be showing a little more respect to the shareholders and realising that keeping them in the dark and twisting a few porkies when things go off track can have serious consequences to their Mkt Cap.

Undeniably a good update and the first technical news of any significance for what seems like an age. My position remains the same for now I am out and await what the BOD have to say about time frames early next year.
