|Well, now you know..........|
|This one is done and dusted.
More importantly, where is Vin Murria going to pop up next?!|
|unless theres a chance of a counter bid...............?|
|Who would buy your shares at 140 and wait til May to get 140 for them?|
|so, why isnt the share price at 1.40 then???|
|The Acquisition will be subject, inter alia, to the satisfaction or waiver of the Conditions set out in Appendix I to this announcement and in the Scheme Document. Further details of the Scheme will be set out in the Scheme Document which it is expected will be sent to ACS Shareholders by no later than 31 January 2015. Subject to the satisfaction of all relevant conditions, including the conditions, and certain terms set out in Appendix I to this announcement and to be set out in the Scheme Document, the Scheme will become effective at the latest by 20 May 2015 (or such later date (if any) as Bidco and ACS may agree). An expected timetable of principal events will be included in the Scheme Document.|
|Bought yesterday, not a terrible return.
|I wonder how long until we get our money?|
|I've held these from under 40p, after they were tipped in SCSW, so although 140p is not a very generous premium, I am quite happy with it. They were always likely to be taken over eventually and Vin even hinted as much in an interview a few weeks ago.|
17% is nothing.
interesting that it mentioned about the last 3 months share price action - like it was linked to the deal - perhaps the aquirers drove the share price down by shorting in vast quantities?|
|but it reads as if it has been agreed doesn't it?|
|Not enough in my eyes|
|lol we are being bought out at 140p woo hoo|
|easy short from 120 here, all day long|
|Standard drop down from 120'sJust breakout FFS|
|also in this week's IC - A return to deal-making promises to boost AWS's earnings, broaden its product range and open up cross-selling opportunities. Its shares trade at 15 times this year's earnings - a discount to the peer group average of 17. We upgrade to buy.|
|Been a holder for some time now. Looking very strong in the last week especially today. They must have had a mention somewhere|
|i strongly feel its going to test new highs! fingers crossed|
|back to 120
i p[redict another nosebleed!!|
|Video interview with Vin Murria.
The chief executive of Advanced Computer Software (LON:ASW), talks to Proactive Investors about the group’s half-year figures.
She explains why she sees good growth across all three parts of the business, why she does not expect ASW to become a tax inversion target, and the reasons for the recent share price decline.
|Report makes good readingSolid performance.Fully expecting a red day!!!|
|Could be a buy on the forthcoming interims next week. Most of the bad news surely in the price. Was v. impressed by Vin Murria when she presented at Shares/Cenkos. Management team look good, fundamentals look good. Don't write ASW off - has too much going for it.|
