AZH was my first shell to do a reverse. Looks like NCS will complete reversal by the end of 2006 according the RNS yesterday. Still waiting on ACV and BS.
And KWI has gone bust.

Prof - I'm reasonably sure that there will be an RTO deal at some stage but I'd guess that anyone getting in on the recent price hike, thinking that something was happening, may be disappointed in the short term.

Anyway, Barclay and Shaw's deal for their RMR shell was a disaster for that shell's shareholders, as I've previously documented here(although B & S look to have made sure they did well out of it by investing in the acquired company prior to its extremely overpriced(IMHO) acquisition by RMR).

FWIW, I can't foresee anything happening with ACV soon, as I'd expect most of B and S's time to be currently taken up finalising their eleventh hour PSM deal.
I guess holders here will have further evidence of the credibility(or otherwise) of B&S's RTO abilities when those details are released to the market...

Mmm looks like you're right

However the loan note RNS is interesting don't you chaps think? I would have thought that the MD would have to have justified issuing loan notes with some sort of deal in the pipeline?

All will be made clear hopefully when the prelims are issued within the next month or so

Err, surely you knew that Takdeer a.k.a. Smiler a.k.a Sadika etc. was the habitual pump'n'dumper previously known as Optimist23(or SueHelen).

FWIW, I've just been checking a few threads on iii and it's interesting to note that our chum, Smiler, has changed his stance from strong buy to hold, yesterday evening which almost certainly means that he finished dumping the lot yesterday and has moved onto his next pump'n'dump attempt, which appears to be IQ Ludorum.....
