I think the excitement got to you LOL!!!, and quite rightly so. I was just looking at the 200 day moving average and we are very close to crossing it. If we do £1 will be an easy target.

Cant seem to get anyone else to post on this thread. Volumes are low. If the price is moving due to the buys showing then what would a 100k buy do!!

This is a great recovery story in terms of the stock price!!

Another 2.5p drop, 4.5 in total. must be a big sell coming through.

Im not going to sell because in the long rum this will come back. I will just move it to one side of my portfolio.

I am still confident and its just a matter of time before they go up again. I bought on the basis that the chart looked good and that the company had strong fundamentals. If the price fell due to sellinig pressure then the stock would have the fundamentals to fall on. This is exactly what has happened. The company posted great results and they have a strong team of directors who have valuable experience.

told you i was feeling bullish about ADL for 2006!! :) woohoo up 15% on very little volume. either the MM's are very short of stock or expect a large T trade later on today. IMHO this is just the begininng. i expect them to be well over £1 before the end of the year! glad i stuck with them too!! :)

ADL plc ('the Company')

Healthcare Joint Venture

ADL, the AIM listed long term healthcare provider, announces that from 1
January 2006 it has entered into a joint venture with Newford Limited
('Newford'), to operate Newford Nursing Home, Milton, Stoke on Trent,
Staffordshire. Newford Nursing Home comprises a 40 bed single storey care home
with all beds in single rooms with en suite toilets.

The Company has entered into a Shareholders' Agreement and subscribed for one
'B' share in Newford. This Agreement provides for the first £120,000 of profits
per annum to be paid as dividends to the existing shareholder of Newford, with
the next £120,000 of profits per annum to be paid as dividends to ADL. Any
surplus profits per annum are divided equally between the existing shareholder
of Newford and ADL. Jeremy Davies, ADL's Managing Director, has become a
director of Newford. The Agreement lasts for an initial period of five years.

As a result of this transaction, ADL now owns and operates nine care homes,
with 311 operational beds, and manages a further two care homes, with 63
operational beds, on a partnership or joint venture basis.
