Earnings enhancing acquisition of Comms Group announced this morning, which seems to fit in well with the existing business.

Paying 4.5x profits initially. May prove to be a shrewd purchase...

Northland Securitites have increased their price target to 310p.

WH Ireland are more upbeat with a revised target of 355p.

In the video interview at 2:03 - 'Is there anything going to happen between now and (July) - 'I can't tell you absolutely everything that is going to happen'

Suggests to me that we may get news of an acquisition sooner than you think.

John Swaite, finance director of business telecoms provider AdEPT Telecom PLC (LON:ADT), says the acquisition of Centrix last May is one of the reasons for the company’s strong performance during the last financial year.
Swaite admits that the impact of the Centrix has been a pleasant surprise for the Kent-based firm, as the acquisition “has been a lot stronger than [AdEPT] thought.”
Moving forward, Swaite believes the company will continue to focus on the public sector, while he says “there is now significant headroom within [AdEPT’s] existing debt facility to look for more acquisitions”.

Two charts that confirm Adepts historic quality.

. Both cash and earnings have been increasing in a steady tail wind.

ROCE also increasing into double figures past few years, as NET DEBT is reduced.

Impressive results and track record has taken my interest today so I have picked up a small stake.

You can't argue with that EBITDA growth and cash generation. And more acquisitions to come.

Northland Capital have raised their target from 285p to 300p.

Hi folks. I joined you today. ADT turned up in one of my ShareScope value/momentum filters.

I think the breakout from recent consolidation presents a nice time to buy.
