17/7/2007 21:38 | Lord C.>>>malkie, No they haven't - that would be a different figure again. They have just made an absolute horlicks of it which is very disturbing because that's what they do for a living. It's Maypole which interests me of course - and I don't blame Addworth from (partially) abandoning ship - too many snouts in that trough. | lord c.
17/7/2007 18:25 | yes lord c - i notice you posted much the same thing on the Maypole bb. Looks to me as if they posted the "before" figure as the "after" figure. | malkie
17/7/2007 15:37 | Oh dear me, it seems they cannot even keep track of those investments they do still have. Today's announcement that they have sold 1m MPG and have cut their stake to 6.84% is way off beam. My maths (not my strongest point I readily admit) make it they have 4.18%. Basic fundamental stuff. If they can't get this right then................ L.C. | lord c.
13/7/2007 13:00 | I watched it and its sound like exciting times. I now hold a few ADW after watching & waiting for a while - I also hold SVE. They should be floating off Uranium Prospects next week and as you say, good news-flow expected. Well worth a watch of the presentation if you havent seen it already. | malkie
12/7/2007 17:21 | Did any shareholders watch Mr M Watson-Mitchell presentation on Trading places yesterday? He sounded quite bullish(so he should be !)on ADW prospects and suggested good newsflow in the coming months.I have only recently invested into this share ,but truely believe, given right market conditions,it could be a winner. All IMHO. 21/4/2007 00:14 | YEL up over 20% today. | papillon
18/4/2007 21:58 | They seem to like YEL. Increased the stake to the maximum 29.99%. Makes ADW stake worth £540,000. YEL seems to have a lot going for it at the moment, since uranium is in demand. | papillon
24/3/2007 09:10 | Interesting company, but admin expenses at £538k are way too high for a company of this size. They might also do better by holding onto their investments a bit longer. I'll keep watching though as they are involved with some interesting businesses and investors. | topvest
