The futrue is looking a little better having digested the accounts Bupa has lent them 800k and 2 of the directors another 200k. They must have a lot of faith to put their own money in. They might be aware of contracts that are due to be signed over the short to medium term?

Anyone else have any thoughts?

MOvers and Shapers has been bought out by the CEO; having seen the shops I think its a great concept and I'm sure it will do well given time.

Looks like I read the previous announcement correctly with Movers and Shapers now being put into administration. It's probably for the best - they are better placed to develop the software side,

Sorry guys - sold mine today at a 40% loss. Didn't like the latest results announcement. It looked to me, reading between the lines, that Movers and Shapers wasn't going that well and BUPA were possibly having second thoughts before match-funding the Addleisure cash. I think health clubs are going to have a very grim time over the next couple of years as it must be one of the first things of discretionary spend to get cut. Good luck to those that remain.

I still have a few of these and I like thier strategy which seems to be low key and sensible rather than making promises which are undeliverable. I am thinking of tucking a few more away. The Boots idea seems finally to be moving and all their businesses seem to be growing. No idea when they will make a profit but they have large cash reserves from the BUPA deal.

Looks well placed and not consuming much cash which is very encouraging for its early stage status.
