Have been watching the meteoric rise and can't see how it justifies the valuation yet. Lost a million last year and has a big slug of shares to add soon for BUPA Financial.
Would make the market cap nearer £15m.

By what yardstick is it undervalued?

I am surprised there aren't more postings here. This company is still undervalued.

If bupa are happy to pay 5p when they were so bombed out they must have seen massive potential

i feel nervous about putting any more money in as I thought 5 to 5.5 was high enough.

I am getting very dizzy. The figures are going to have to be very good. I dont want to sell yet but I am not sure where the level of support is.

CT - until we see some more meat on the bones here it's not very clear how these deals will raise much revenue yet.
Don't forget they've been losing around £1m a year and the market cap will shoot upto around £12/13m I believe.

I thought if an entity/company owned 29.9% of a listed company it was compelled to make a formal bid? On this assumption then is this likely then to be a reverse take over for a listing on the LSE? BUPA has funds from recent sale of hospital business for £1.4 billion. Or have I missed something?

Dave,

They expire June 2009 be can be traded in for an ordinary share for 5p. I think this is going to be the best way to get any volume.
