Meant to stir you into action; No good me spoonfeeding you ; Look at the RNS series and build a picture for yourself. You must not rely on my say so or anyone else's to make investment decisions.

Encarter quoting L&G is of no value; They are up to their gills drowning and averaging down , indeed trying to salvage a write off is not unknown.

Speaking for myself, I would get out preferring hope, not despair; DYOR always

Well Mr mathematics, I will assume you are out of nappies and can do sums. Go back to when ACTA increased its facility and took on more staff and overhead. Project revenue since, as well as overheadfs, work in progress, and such , then do a cash flow and sources and application of funds.

Hello Norbus,

can you explain in more technical detail about the balance sheet issues on Acta - I will pass this on to a colleasgue who is a chartered accountant to verify

Thanks

"do not believe even at this eleventh hour, that Paolo has been honest about the Balance Sheet. There has to be a big hole"

Lord Gary

ITM is one of a kind; Best in class applyies its technology to utility class products Thuga predicts a requirement for ITM electrolysers amounting to Euro10bn by 2020

My issue is with the promoters of AIM who shamelessly set up this LSE platform to enrich spiv directors, Nomads and insiders to feed off PIs savings; My specific spat with the directors of ACTA is my phobia of this company, Voller and the like can bring the hydrogen economy into disrepute.

I am glad this is not going to happen now. After all the cchairman of Boeing UK is on the board of ITM. in fact IE is the achilles heel of the industry now; Acta is less significant after a solid track record doing what its directoirs do best

This news is Very disappointing indeed, Norbus has humiliated the management completely and beaten them faced down. What a shame? The management has become two for a penny in his hands. He predicts their incompetence with such precision. This is humiliating. The management has not fought back with a single jab to his head with a positive RNS.
I am disappointed with another round of dilution and the mockery of using shares to pay salaries at this pathetic price.
Nubus, please leave the ring, you have won; give this management a rest. They have reached a turning point. I throw in the towel to save their credibility which is now in tartars. Please face your next challenge at ITM & good luck.

I would be upset too if I were taken for a ride; I dare say Cantor is in there to save face; It is not without a chance if the orders flow in. I do not believe that there is not a bloody great hole in the balance sheet

Well they managed to get some bucket shops to take it off them at 3p

But I think the cat is out of the bag that they still need more investment so will need ongoing funding

Suspect the next placing will be in the 2's
