Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc (the "Company")

Change of name

On 3 July 2017, the Company announced the completion of the sale of its outsourcing and consulting businesses, subject to shareholder, regulatory, and other approvals and a change in the board of the Company.

Following this, the Company announces Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc has now changed its name to ACHP plc. From 8.00am today the Company's ordinary shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange under the new name of ACHP plc and will have a new TIDM of ACH.

The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights. New issues of share certificates will be in the new name of the Company. Existing certificates will remain valid and it is not proposed that replacement certificates be issued in the name of ACHP plc.
