A wind up would mean selling everything and all shareholders getting equal dibs. Now the value of the holdings will have to be estimated to determine the NAV for the deserters. It is those staying in who get to calculate the NAV. Of course they must be 'conservative' when it comes to the estimates. | greasynut | |
