Likewise - thnx Enviro. Mine credited this afternoon, shortly after I emailed them; but seems merely duplicating your earlier call.

Incidentally, the BBs have been a load of crock for 6days now. When I spoke last Friday they hoped to have the History all back up by the end of this week.

Still just as bad today; but now unable to access my Monitor! Anyone else experiencing this additional problem?

corbeta - I have read that certain Banks and others think it a good wheeze to take in the money from divs., and hang on to it as long as they can before paying it out.

dividend should have come in yesterday 2nd May but neither my Sippdeal nor my TD accounts credited it. Anybody fared better?

I should add i am obvously biased though having taken a more serious stake in them for my SIP, a guaranteed return of 82% on an initial 3.5 year investment seems like a gift horse to me.

edit; also consider the opportunity against say INLAND homes which recently issued a 5 year ZDP and gives holders a meagre 37p which is just about 35% over a longer 5 year period.

Hmm interesting way to price them, I remember HALP moving on from 80p to £1 when it became clear the accrued was to be paid and no enforced tender, the rest is history, although clearly not a state owned bank the prefs are an extremely unique instrument now, given their accrued, yield and redemption date. Certainly floats my boat.

I didn't until today (via citywire research). It's an EM stock, looks a v good price & appears to be recovering. Divi is approx 9% or so. I bought a few. rgds s-f

Hi Enviro - well, having bought IERP in the 40s my perspective is obviously rather different perhaps. That said, I believe on today's news they are a buy @ 70p; possibly a sell @ 80p - hence the current price!
