|topvest: Interims out. Not quite sure where this is heading. No mention of Perloff having added 21%. I would be surprised if he supports a Central/East European property strategy. NAV 6p. Share price about right imo. I wonder how much Perloff paid for his shares? I also think they will struggle to raise further equity until they have a clearer strategy lined-up. Overall, not been a very happy story!|
|topvest: Net current asset estimate:
Per accounts £1,868k
Abort fees (£300k)
Director terminations (£150k)
Ongoing costs (£150k)
Remaining at 30 Sep 2004 £1,268k
Hence current share price!|
|simonevans: Maybe this company should change it's name to African Gold investments - judging by PEs other mining stocks, that would increase the share price to about 20 times the current level! This is certainly the worst performing of all his current companies, but the only one not in mining following the sale of Grosvenor Land.|
|innovation99: Hold Grosvenor Holding (9p) so was happy with progress, until I saw how Abraxus has flown. I had put them on my watch list after the private placing of 5,000,000 new shares had been issued at 9.6 pence per share, but I blinked and look what happened.
Still I guess I should be glad I hold Grosvenor as the have taken ownership of 30%. Wonder if Abraxus has anything to do with Andrew Perloff raising his stake to 29.99% in Grosvenor. It all looks exceedingly interesting.
It would appear Abraxus is wetting some shrewd investors appetites. Glad that Grosvenor spotted the potential, and should help move their share price more to their net asset value of 19p|
