03/3/2005 22:08 | 20000 was a buy not a sell! i should know!!! | 895bulldog
03/3/2005 17:19 | PARTY TIME!! I've got a shedload of these bought at an average 6p. At that price, it was a no-brainer, as the share price was more than covered by cash. Even today, considering the deal flow, cash and director buying (and most importantly, the share price action), it looks pretty good value. I can hear the corks popping....! | acquisitor
03/3/2005 17:00 | Well there's one delayed trade. 100k bought at 18p which was a 0.5p premium at the time. Lets see how many other delayed buys show up. Thanks, ST. | shortermer1
03/3/2005 15:43 | now +12% on no news and only £15k of trades | optimist at large
03/3/2005 15:04 | up 9% and still only £11m market cap - less than half that of DAN and a dividend! The results this month should make very interesting reading. | optimist at large
01/3/2005 07:41 | Morning all | william-just
28/2/2005 21:14 | Finals were 30th March last year. If the second half shows a similar improvement to the first we might see some action. | optimist at large
28/2/2005 21:09 | Let's hope so. Seems to be running up fast now. Still undervalued and doesn't price in any good news. I just get the feeling that some good news is around the corner on this one, don't you! | topvest
28/2/2005 13:17 | 50K buy in there this morning at 0.5p premium. Could the MM's be short of stock?? 2v2 on Level 2. Thanks, ST | shortermer1
28/2/2005 09:57 | up 6.5% this morning, looking good for a further run-up into the results | optimist at large

23/2/2005 21:50 | Yes, lets hope so. Maybe some news on M&P Direct isn't too far off as well! | topvest
23/2/2005 12:15 | Ineresting to note that the share price has edged up a shade in a sharply falling market. Spread has tightened and there have been some buys recently. I smell some good news..... | acquisitor
22/2/2005 21:53 | oligoad - that thought crossed my mind! - we know they were struggling to get what Renewable Energy Holdings were trying to raise which was significantly more than £10m. Maybe this was the only way of getting to £10m and secured them the £0.5m fees and ongoing role. Probably worth doing imo as the fees going forward on this one coule be quite chunky if they tap the market again. | topvest
22/2/2005 10:58 | would they have taken some stock in lieu of ££ fees ?? | oligoad
17/2/2005 17:48 | Renewable Energy Holdings was worth a fee of 5% of the £10m placed according to the prospectus. That's quite a big fee for this one - nice start for CS in 2005! However, just noticed that Abingdon Capital picked up 1,310,000 in the placing at 50p and hold 4.5%. Rather odd. Two explanations: - either they thought this was a bargain too good to miss; or - they were struggling to get 20m placed and this is the only way they could get the deal away. Anyway, currently trading at 59p mid and so not a loss-making investment. Seems to have potential anyway, and could be a good revenue generator for Corporate Synergy going forward. | topvest
28/1/2005 22:17 | Justin Lewis appointed to the Board - looks like this chap is going places. | topvest
28/1/2005 19:58 | cheers for above post tv | ntv |
