Aberdeen Frontier Markets Investment Company Limited ("the Company") announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value as at the close of business on 17 March 2017 was USD 0.8883 per share (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 0.7166 per share).

The above Net Asset Value is based on the net assets of the Company in the Continuing Pool divided by the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following the completion of the tender.

In accordance with the Company's valuation policy, the Company's published NAV per share figures have always included and continue to include current financial year revenue items.

In addition, the unaudited Net Asset Value of the Tender Pool as at the close of business on 17 March 2017 divided by the number of shares validly tendered was USD 0.8870 per tendered share (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 0.7156 per share). Cash and cash equivalents at that date represented 31 per cent. of the Tender Pool portfolio.
