PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 23 November 2015, the Company purchased in the market 15,000 Ordinary shares at an average price of 738.444 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
37,170,306 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
