The Issuer has delivered a notice to the Principal Paying Agent (Citibank, N.A.) for communication to the Securityholders pursuant to an Automatic Early Redemption Event under Part A, Paragraph 12 of the Final Terms.

The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that it has requested the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Securities detailed above from Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange.

This is effective Monday, November 14, 2016.
