16/3/2013 17:54 | Last statement said they had substantial cash "resources". Now, does that indeed mean they are sitting on a pile of cash or merely have access to funding? Worth noting though that they've since opted to redeem their loan capital and that the directors are buying the shares. So all seems quite bullish. | coolen

14/9/2011 08:39 | The company has been saying for a long timethat they want to move forward, but to do so a deal would need to be done with the owners of the two classes of preference shares, where the dividends have not been paid for years. Until this happens is seems not a lot can happen . | nuney123

02/11/2009 12:03 | The accounts state that freehold land and buildings are depreciated to a value of £74k. This stated at COST of £689k less accumulated depreciation of £615k. The £689k is a mixture of freehold land (not depreciated) and freehold buildings depreciated at 5% p.a. The accumulated depreciation therefore implies that the COST number is many years old. It is impossible to guess a current value but it could be well over £1m+. I do not know where the property is, but its logical to assume its BPC's premises | pregonda |
