On 28 March 2017, the AA plc (the "Company") announced its Final Results for the year ended 31 January 2017. A condensed set of the financial statements and management report and a directors' responsibility statement were released on that date, in accordance with DTR 4.1.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has today posted to shareholders and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, the following documents:

   -     The Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2017; 
   -     Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday 8 June 2017; and 
   -     Form of Proxy for shareholders.
