PS It's actually a good sign to find saline in the water flowing back because it indicates that the rocks fracked are beginning to release the elements contained in the reservoir. This is the oil business so don't expect a smooth ride. Of course it could fail and some think it already has. Clearly the company does not believe what the market seems to have already concluded otherwise they would discontinue operations. DW has previously said that they are always looking for signs of failure early in order to save cash. DYOR

The salinity is reservoir fluid, not stimulation fluid, i.e. it could be a reservoir of salt water. Sorry for the disappointing news but thats the way it is sometimes. Presumably you fully accepted the risks when you put money in.

LOL!

Absolute garbage.

You have no idea what you're talking about because you have no idea what stimulation fluid is made up of...........

You've proved you are clueless, so thank you.

If only some of you could read then you would know from the RNS"s that the water recovered was put there by us and it then flows back. Up to 30% of the water injected was forecast to flow back in order to carry out a full analysis of the constituents and only 16% has been recovered to date. It's all written down for those who care to take the time to research and of course have a brain larger than a peanut!

deccer,

can you please explain to all the other posters on this BB what you understand by the term "stimulation fluid" and how O&G companies use it to flow test O&G assets?

it's a pretty straightforward question, so I look forward to your reply soon.

TIA,

H

Seems Deccer1 hasn't much knowledge of how things work in oil exploration, wonder why he is here?
