21/3/2017 20:57 | I have applied for more stock on friday at 6.5. No problem in getting it I suspect with the price so weak. | barnetpeter
21/3/2017 20:46 | I have a buy instruction at 5.6p and an alert at 6p. (Normal procedure with this scenario) ... 30+ % dilution coming and followed by an acquisition paid for by issuing a further 20% shares. Looks bad for the share price for the next few months. Then Brexit. | 11smith
21/3/2017 14:50 | Tiger 60 As a rule of thumb about 10% will take up the offer might hit 15% Most do not as they don't understand, have no free cash, or long term holders down on their investment to date. They will however be taken up by others. I would go so far as to guess that some of the comments on this BB are from those that want that stock at 6.5P. | pet lover
21/3/2017 14:45 | House broker has £1.2M pre tax down for 2018. Since no tax will be due that is £1.2M. I personally see that number being smashed to the upside going forward. The reason is simple. 7digital has a not far off fixed cost base. Orders at 90% margin above that cost base drop down to the cash box so slight increases in turnover have a massive effect on profits. Streaming music revenues are growing at 60% worldwide. | pet lover
21/3/2017 14:36 | Well, MQA say they are in the process of signing up over 100 companies for starters. Most of those will be B2B, (rather than B2C, which is not 7Dig'S market) I would have thought. | pet lover
21/3/2017 14:31 | 'operating profit' please make this clear not 'net profit'!!! And it was only in operating profit for qtr 4, the aim is for this whole financial year coming up to be operating profit positive but at the moment that is the plan rather than the reality. We need those new contracts but I agree the potential is great but I would rather the reality be great! It would be interesting to know if those investors that asked for an allocation above and beyond their 10% as to how you faired - thus enabling us on this board to gauge interest. Thanks in advance - | tiger60
21/3/2017 14:28 | Thus to sum up. 7 Digital is now in profit, that is without future revenues from this purchase. Then add to the mix MQA and Worldwide Radioplayer. I estimate the shares could do extremely well as soon as the placing has been signed off at the end of the month. | pet lover
21/3/2017 14:09 | 7digital is buying. 24-7 Entertainment AG ("24-7"). This is their main customer, and the key to very large recurring revenues in the years going forward. | pet lover
21/3/2017 12:26 | Possible 'Bowl' on the chart? | gymratt
21/3/2017 12:18 | Just bought in..only 1k @6.813(showing as a sell)worth to start. Hello Michael Mouse, I remember you from years ago giving me the heads-up on TRAK..I bought 3k worth @ 27p and it went on to Multi-bag ;@) Let's hope a similar thing unfolds here... GLAH | gymratt
21/3/2017 12:17 | The barclays platform, including the isa offerring is pretty good. There are some funds missing from their list but not many. I personally think the public offerring harmed private pis rather than rewarded them. Taking up 10% versus an inevitable move back to the offer price is not helping anyone's average. That said i expect an over subscription and a fight to get back in for those playing the trading angle. Instructions in at end of today and then we should see movement | tiger60
21/3/2017 09:00 | No stock so people sell, easy work for the mm's. | tradermick1
21/3/2017 03:16 | fillipe - do you have an ISA with Barclays? You say they're good, & I want a new provider... | napoleon 14th
20/3/2017 20:30 | I didn't have difficulty taking a small lot, 1205hrs; of 24k @ 6.95p. There was also no availability problem to have bought more, if wanted. This was through Barclays who I find excellent and so for many years now. I like 7DIG and have traded small lots such as this to great advantage on several occasions, but always feel the need to buy as low as possible and then give it a bit of time to develop. Not having kept the last lot for long enough, I was out when the recent offer was made to existing shareholders, of which I wasn't one. f | fillipe
20/3/2017 16:28 | Premium paid late on, cannot even get 10k online so mm's have little stock | tradermick1
20/3/2017 12:38 | Audirvana Plus 3 Launches with MQA Integration Audirvana Plus, the desktop music player for macOS, has released the latest version of its software which now includes integrated MQA audio technology. The MQA Core decoder, contained within the new Audirvana Plus 3 player, enables the first origami ‘unfold’ and also authenticates the file using a blue or green light to confirm that the sound is identical to that of the source material. In addition to optimising sound quality and authenticating file provenance, Audirvana Plus ... | pet lover
17/3/2017 10:56 | Pioneering MQA Audio Techology Used in Mastering Process A recording by Astor Piazzolla “the single most important figure in the history of tango” will be the first MQA recording to be released on compact disc in Japan. The album “A. Piazzolla by Strings and Oboe” – recorded by the UNAMAS Piazzolla Septet and mastered by respected producer and mastering engineer Mick Sawaguchi – will be released by the Ottava label on 17 March. Since launching in the early 1980s, the CD format has undergone a number of sound quality improvements, but these have depended largely on the manufacturing process, rather than an improvement in the quality of music itself. After attending a JAS (Japan Audio Society) seminar on MQA technology presented by MQA founder Bob Stuart in late 2016, Mick Sawaguchi and Synthax Japan’s managing director, Seiji Murai, realised that MQA could enable not only 48-24 coding but also 44.1-16 coding. “We were both excited by the prospect that CD, combined with MQA technology, could herald a new era of hi-res audio.” says Sawaguchi. MQA technology captures and reproduces the original sound quality using less data, and the MQA CD works in exactly the same way as the MQA digital file. With a conventional CD player connected to an MQA-enabled device – such as those from Meridian, Mytek, Brinkmann and Technics – the MQA CD will ‘unwrap’ to the original sample rate. Sawaguchi compared a test MQA CD with a normal CD of the same recording at SONA Studio, played back on a CD player with a Meridian amplifier and loudspeaker systems. “Listening to the MQA CD was a great moment in my life, as it no longer sounded like music from a CD,” comments Sawaguchi. Bob Stuart, MQA founder and CTO adds, “This exciting release demonstrates that innovative music creators, like Mick Sawaguchi, are embracing MQA as the best way to master and deliver their recordings. While MQA is ideal for streaming services like TIDAL, where studio quality sound can be streamed in smaller file sizes, we also appreciate the importance of the CD format in the Japanese market.” | pet lover
17/3/2017 10:32 | 11Smith. Sorry to see you leave. I wish you the best with your next investment. I personally see the stock moving up fast as contracts, / orders, and launches are announced in the next few weeks and months. It takes very little extra income to make very large profits when your cost base is fixed and new work is at 90% margin. | pet lover
17/3/2017 09:44 | Only possible if you owned shares before the record date. Some will be happy to buy at current prices. | che7win
17/3/2017 09:43 | I just sold my last tranche this morning, started selling on Friday 10th and I am relieved to get out with my money reasonably uncsathed. The rationale was the likelihood of the share price falling below the open offer price before thursday next. ...Too much dilution coming and then another takeover with all the associated costs. Not to mention the uncertainty. I may be wrong but the open market share price will very likely be lower than 6.5p, maybe as low as 5.5p soon. Over and out. GLA. | 11smith
17/3/2017 09:40 | Yes there's been an arbitrage opportunity. I didn't have any cash to take part in the open offer so instead sold the equivalent of my entitlement at around 7.65 and have applied for my entitlement plus almost 20% more at 6.5p. Once the open offer closing date is out the way the price should settle or even go up :) | homebrewruss
17/3/2017 09:35 | Anyone can sell now and buy shares in the offer at 6.5P. That will be the case for the next two weeks. So some ( not myself ) have done just that. Investing here is based on the future very fast growth from MQA and Worldwide Radioplayer. Plus the 3 big record labels will provide work going forward. | pet lover
17/3/2017 09:29 | They have to get those new contracts and talk numbers not concepts. We want to see them monetirise. | tiger60
17/3/2017 09:14 | Sellers coming in ! | s34icknote |
