31/1/2017 07:55 | Radioplayer has been built from the bottom up for the new world of radio music streaming. They are in talks with dozens of countries. The growth potential and spin offs are truly massive. | pet lover
31/1/2017 07:51 | This is the link to my MQA thread. | pet lover
31/1/2017 07:49 | One day soon the Square Mile will 👀 the massive value held within both Radioplayer and MQA. It's hard to believe that in this day and age a car driver can not give voice instructions within the car to pick his / hers favourite music radio and streaming music service. All within a seem less manner. The current state of play is so old hat for Billions of drivers around the world. | pet lover
31/1/2017 07:36 | Tidal is B2C 7Dig is B2B Look at the valuation of Tidal V 7dig. New B2B MQA Hi Res music is going to be launched this year by 7dig who will provide the licensing and streaming services. ( up to 5 are in the pipeline) This has not been factored in to the 7dig share price. In many respects 7dig has a far better business model through its partnership with MQA on the B2B side rather than B2C | pet lover
31/1/2017 07:23 | This is how MQA is going to change the streaming world of music. If you look on the MQA web page you will see Tidal and 7Dig. | pet lover
31/1/2017 07:21 | Thanks for the update Pet Lover - re. Worldwide Radioplayer in-car and voice systems. Sounds like a must have to me and a good contribution to road safety. The high resolution Sony Walkman announced as available from February in Europe are already on sale here. Looks like Sony are moving forward nicely with MQA and their catalog should be available soon if its not already. Tech developments tend to be fast moving. ...will see if I can find any information regarding this, exciting times. | 11smith

30/1/2017 20:16 | DP-X1 is the 1st Digital Audio Player to feature MQA which was featured @DEG's Hi-Res Audio Pavilion & awarded "Best Hi-Res Audio Product". | pet lover
30/1/2017 17:28 | Research report 17/01/17 "FY16 revenues increased 7% y-o-y to £11.1m (versus consensus £12m) with growth across licensing, content and creative. £1m of annualised cost savings were delivered and 7digital moved into EBITDA profitability in Q4, as targeted. During Q4, £1.6m of contracts were won, including two licensing agreements via its partner Radio Player (in Canada and Peru). Taking into account the H116 wins, this suggests that the total contract value awarded during FY16 should be much healthier than the prior year and provides us with confidence in the direction of the business moving into FY17. Management states that FY17 has started well, reiterating its target for full year operating profitability." As one can see the last quarter produced well over one Million pounds of revenue from just Two counties (RADIO-PLAYER) Since they are in discussion with dozens of countries and this new car product is going to be launched the outlook for massive profits from this division is huge. | pet lover
30/1/2017 17:18 | Radioplayer’s upcoming car product and the initial launch of an Amazon Echo product has highlighted the importance of voice and adapting Radioplayer systems to better support voice." The above is another massive breakthrough as for the first time you will be able to select a radio station or music stream through voice in your car. 7Dig have exclusive rights to WORLDWIDE RADIOPLAYER. | pet lover
30/1/2017 16:33 | I just bought 1 share - if Pot Lover is correct these could be worth £7.50 soon | cloudwars
30/1/2017 16:29 | Another 50k for me. | che7win

30/1/2017 14:41 | After 9 minutes: So far 12 vendor companies are licensed with over 50 products that are MQA compatible and available to purchase today. Over 100 more companies are under MQA seeking licensing deals. 7Dig is MQA"S licensing and streaming B2B partner. With over 100 companies in the process of being licensed 7Dig will have a good idea of forward revenues. These revenues should expand rapidly when all three record labels have produced their MQA content in the spring. | pet lover
30/1/2017 14:06 | Half year report "Licensing is the core of our business, providing the platform and rights management expertise through which our B2B customers can create their own streamed music services offerings, either standalone or bundled into their own device or product offering. Typically, customers pay an initial set-up fee and then a fixed monthly licence fee for using our platform; in addition, we may also take a share of user related revenues generated by the service, including transaction and subscription revenues." All at very high margins. When your overheads are covered each extra pound of revenue produces not far off pure profit. 7dig are just entering that hot spot this year. | pet lover
30/1/2017 14:00 | If you walk down the High St today and ask the public WHAT IS MQA ? I doubt if you would get a correct answer after a two hour shift. That will all change in the spring when the content from the big three music labels is available. I will be pointing that out here when it occurs. That will not be the time to invest though as others will also want a slice of the pie. | pet lover
30/1/2017 13:52 | Homebrewuss: The music business is worth Billions per year tiny 7Dig is valued at £8M 7Dig is also making an operating profit now without the massive incomes that the MQA 7Dig partnership will produce going forward. Mr Cole said a year ago he thought revenues would be ITRO £70M within 3 years, now Two years. I think is will be proved correct. If 7dig deliver then a market valuation of One Billion would not be out of order. That's 100 times today's share price. If they do just 1/10th of that it might be the best investment you have ever had. If they do 1/100th of that you have doubled your money. The trading statement above has enforced my belief that MQA and WORLDWIDE RADIOPLAYER are the keys to massive shareholder gains All the information in the public domain points to just that.👯ԁ | pet lover
30/1/2017 13:35 | Lots of trading today as Trump factor spooks mets!! Still good buying but lots of modest profit taking as well. Could drift back to 7 I guess without news as mkts get nervy | barnetpeter
30/1/2017 13:35 | Thanks for the new thread pet lover. Found this panel discussion from CES on MQA if you haven't seen it before: I've got a decent holding now and like the idea of the increasing recurring high margin revenues. My only question is how big this market will be as higher quality audio has always seemed a bit of a niche market but at the current market cap I don't see much downside. | homebrewruss
30/1/2017 13:33 | 17/01/17 Trading Statement. "The Group continues to make particular progress in Hi-Res audio with its strategy being further validated at the recent Consumer Electronics Show ("CES") in Las Vegas. The record industry and hardware manufacturers - including Sony and Samsung - came together at CES to highlight the benefits of higher quality digital sound. In particular, the MQA streaming technology which 7digital has pioneered received significant attention." My own prediction is for MQA to become mainstream within two years. | pet lover |
