Both of the subsiduary sales in the last couple of years have been backed by private equity-they just love cash generation.....

I suspect they'll be sold once they've sorted out the pension.

Trading update due this week sometime along with notice of results-at least if normal announcement pattern is followed. Probably just another 15-18% increase in revenue?

The chart looks very good. Could breakout from here. The continued rise with incredibly low volumes suggests that it could really take off if any serious buying materialised.

Opener - IMO share price has already benefited from reduced pension risk and should continue to do so. Be interesting to see next pension valuation.

This company has v.low CAPEX requirements (low risk) and is throwing off cash (look at Cashflow v EPS). Market for it's products is huge.

We may see greater increase in div as we go forward - perhaps once the cover has regained the 2 x mark.

Am holding this for as long as this growth and income story continues.

It's pretty clear as other broadly comparable company results are being isued that pension deficits are beginning to shrink as a problem (as gilts yields increase). The deficit has been one of the big concerns at FOUR and has certainly held back the share price in the last few years. The company have taken action to address the issue through the last 2/3 years,so will the share price benefit as the deficit shrinks?

Organic growth is the name of the game here so unlikely we'll get any RNSs other than the final, interim reports and trading statements.

IMO any share price drift downwards between these should be seen as a buying opportunity.

'The first half of 2013 has been another period of growth for the Group with profit ahead of the Board's expectations. The balance sheet, with net cash, remains strong. The Group continues to take advantage of the growth opportunities presented by 4imprint Direct Marketing's large and highly fragmented markets, as well as continuing to drive revenuegrowth in SPS. Following the strong first half results, the Board expects a good performance for the year as a whole.'

'The Group delivered an encouraging performance in the first half of the year, with revenue up 14% and underlying* profit before tax up 41%. Both 4imprint Direct Marketing and SPS contributed to the increase.
Underlying* basic earnings per share at 13.23p was 54% ahead of the same period last year. Basic earnings per share was 9.81p (H1 2012 as restated: 5.10p before profit from discontinued operations).'
