What had any of the above posts got to do with 3i plc which is the Board you are on? Interactive Investor might be shambolic but it doesn't have anything to do with 3i....

thx culver, i had found it there and pointed it out to Barclays, and offered to email it to them, but they claim they have to receive it direct from 3i [who claim they have already complied, but have promised to chase it up with Barclays... the latter sadly doesn't seem to care, i would switch but am told it takes at least 8 weeks...not impressed!]

Barclays won't let me buy shares in 3i [even though i already hold them in my account] as new EU regulations require them to have a KID document available for me to read - 3i have not supplied the document, so i can't buy!!! Can anyone one on a different platform check and see if they have the same problem [this must be affecting the share price if PI's can't buy them]and / or if you are with Barclays you might want to see if they are telling me the truth
