15/8/2007 16:00 | There are a lot of past and present holders of this one who would regard 25% as a success !!! | bluebelle
15/8/2007 14:52 | Bluebelle : I can`t argue with any of that (but still hold - now 25% down). | potem
15/8/2007 14:23 | Bluebelle : I am a solicitor, and am well aware that we are not all the best adverts for the human race! I just ran the risk of appearing naive to put the one upside to the situation. (EDIT : that was not meant to be as confrontational as it now looks!) | potem
15/8/2007 14:00 | I think the point DB was making is that shareholders know the firm, and its connection with TDM, only too well and that whatever the outcome KB will profit not just if he wins (if indeed there is a case), but if he loses as, in that event, 'the firm' will no doubt find that their bills are settled in full, ultimately, by TDM shareholders. | bluebelle
15/8/2007 09:22 | DB Cooper : The question is always in these matters "is the firm any good". If they win the losers pay. If the firm has access to all the right info and completely understands what`s going on that is a bonus in litigation - it can also save money. On the other hand, as you say, they can use the case as a milch-cow at client`s (our) expense. If you know the name of the firm of solicitors you could try a search of the list office web site (I`m not in fact sure that would work, but it might give a list of cases currently listed for those solicitors). Do we in fact even know for sure that there is current litigation?(apart from the rumour started here) | potem
15/8/2007 07:41 | Suspect that's a canny move stockscreeners. There is obviously heavy institutional support here behind the scenes. The overhang gone any positive news this will rocket. | eastod

14/8/2007 12:55 | Captain Black said this on III "Firstly it should be realised that 3DM has been enormously successful for the directors and the band of brothers who have directly benefited from their philanthropy. A few millionaires made here at share holders expense" obviously. | giltspur

14/8/2007 08:20 | gemstar Have you ever thought of investing in Corn futures ? There must come a time when you run out of straws to clutch at. | bluebelle
13/8/2007 21:29 | Fag end of Cornell? Doesn't seem to have hit the price | gemstar2
13/8/2007 20:42 | Gemstar2 - Does that increased volume (and flight to quality) include the 500,000 sell? | the sixpenny knight
13/8/2007 20:27 | Giltspurn - On here I did. Let your fingers do the walking. PS. I only take advice from people who know what they are talking about. If I ever need to install a new safety valve on an oil rig, I'll ask Our Kid. If I ever need a new safety valve on a bulletin board, I'll develop my own. PPS. If you get any more rain over your way I'll sail my plastic battleship up the river Cover and bombard your front door with cow pats. | the sixpenny knight |
