17/8/2005 21:39 | Probably your losses are a distant, if still painful memory. From my research, it would appear Telewest's Legal representatives, who were employed to protect the company, acted in cahoots with the Directors of Telewest. This to create a position which ultimately caused the company to become insolvent; inevitably bringing the company, known as Telewest Communications Plc (or Ltd), into the position whereby it is to be wound up. In doing so, they destroyed our investment & commited fraud. However, there is an avenue in which to pursue justice for the actions of former Directors of the company. | rorysdad

DJ BSkyB CEO Says Co Would Consider Buying Flextech LONDON (Dow Jones)--British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC (BSY.LN), the U.K.'s dominant pay television service, would consider bidding for Flextech, the content arm of Telewest Communications PLC (TWSTY), Chief Executive James Murdoch said Wednesday. Murdoch, speaking as the company unveiled its full-year results for the fiscal 2005, said: "We have said before we will look at acquisitions if they will help us to execute our business strategy." He added: "Flextech is clearly in our core geographic market and business segment and in that context we might be interested in taking a look at it." Telewest has asked Deutsche Bank AG (DB) to look at its content business, in the context of a strategic review, but has not confirmed plans to sell the unit. DJ BSkyB CEO Says Co Would Consider Buying Flextech -2- The strategic review comes ahead of a widely expected merger between Telewest and cable rival NTL Inc. (NTLI). A range of companies, including ITV PLC (ITV.LN), RTL Group (RTL.BT) and Sparrowhawk Media, a company headed by the former Five Chief Executive David Elstein, have contacted Deutsche Bank expressing a potential interest in acquiring Flextech, executives with knowledge of the business have told Dow Jones Newswires. Flextech and Telewest declined comment. -By Jessica Hodgson, Dow Jones Newswires; +44 207 842 92 93; jessica.hodgson@dowj (END) Dow Jones Newswires August 03, 2005 08:45 ET (12:45 GMT) Copyright (c) 2005 Dow Jones & Company, Inc. | ebahgum
