Directorate Change

The Board of 1Spatial, the global spatial software, service and data quality company which manages the world's largest spatial data, today announces that Mike Sanderson, Director of Strategic Development, has confirmed his retirement, effective immediately. As a consequence, Mike has also stepped down from the Board of the Company, also with immediate effect.

Mike led 1Spatial between 2001 and 2009, before becoming Director of Strategic Development. He will assist 1Spatial as a consultant for the next twelve months as the Company focuses on executing against its stated strategy.

Andy Roberts, Non-executive Chairman of 1Spatial said:

"Mike's contribution to the businesses over the last 15 years, both as a founder and Director of the business, has been hugely valuable. We wish him well in his retirement and are delighted that he has is going to help us part time for the next twelve months."
