As at 3 January 2017 the Company's issued share capital consists of 54,523,771 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 54,523,771 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
