Walmart Will Hold Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 2

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) announced that the company’s 2017 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017, at 8 a.m. CDT in the Bud Walton Arena at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark. The meeting will be webcast on the company’s website at http://stock.walmart.com. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at that meeting will be April 7, 2017.
