Extension to Bank Facility
Wincanton a leading provider of supply chain solutions in the UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce an extension to the maturity of its main banking facility from June 2019 to October 2021.
This facility is provided by HSBC, Barclays, Santander and AIB. Taking into account the Group's other financing arrangements, Wincanton has committed facilities available of GBP186m in total.
Tim Lawlor, Chief Financial Officer, commented:
