Director Share Purchase and Grant of Options to Directors and Management
Director Purchase
Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY) has been informed that Peter Wale, Director of the Company, acquired on 6 January 2017 a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.48474 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Wale becomes the Company's largest shareholder with a beneficial interest in 46,364,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
