Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that effective from today it has converted from a closed-ended protected cell company incorporated in Guernsey to a closed-ended non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey. The name of the Company has changed to "Real Estate Credit Investments Limited".
