Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

M Winkworth plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company"), the leading franchisor of real estate agencies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Nicol as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board, effective as of 17th October 2016.

Having qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick, Andrew has worked in both the corporate sector and in consultancy, notably with The Boston Consultancy Group and most recently Oxera Consulting. At Winkworth, Andrew will be responsible not only for the Company's financial reporting but also for helping to further evolve the Winkworth platform and infrastructure.
