Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG"), the leading e-learning company, was advised on 24 February 2017 of dealings in the ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Peter Gordon, a Director of the Company.

50,000 Ordinary Shares were sold by Mr Gordon at a price of 42.5 pence on 22 February 2017.

50,000 Ordinary Shares were bought through Peter Gordon's personal SIPP at a price of 42.5 pence on the same date.

Following the transactions detailed above, Mr Gordon's beneficial holding of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares remains unchanged and this holding represents approximately 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
