Kryptonite 1 Plc is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a 
placing raising a total of GBP127,000 through the issue of 254,000,000 ordinary 
shares of 0.01 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.05 pence per 
share (the "Placing"). The funds raised will be used by the Company to make 
further investments in accordance with the Company's investment strategy. 
 
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares and in accordance with the 
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Kryptonite 1 
announces that the Company has 822,394,334 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each 
in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold 
any ordinary shares in treasury. 
 
This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for 
the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the 
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules. 
 
The New Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the general allotment 
authority conferred by the Isle of Man Companies Act 1931, as the specific 
authority sought via the passing of the Special Resolution at the Company's 
recent Annual General Meeting has been determined to be invalid.
