Hydro Hotel, Eastbourne, Plc announces final dividend
9 December 2015
Hydro Hotel, Eastbourne, Plc announces that they have today (9 December 2015)
declared a final dividend for the year ended 31st October 2015. This is
following a review of the provisional unaudited accounts for the year ended
31st October 2015.
The Board of Directors have declared a dividend at the rate of 18.0 pence per
share (2014, 18.0 pence) to be paid in two instalments:
* 6.0 pence per share (2015, 6.0 pence) on Thursday 14th January 2016 to
shareholders on the register on Friday 18th December 2015. The ex-dividend
date will be Thursday 17th December 2015; and
* 12.0 pence per share (2015, 12.0 pence) on Thursday 5th May 2016 to
shareholders on the register on Friday 22nd April 2016. The ex-dividend
date will be Thursday 21st April 2016.
This reflects consistency in the timing of payments with prior years, and a
cautious stance by the Board of Directors to reflect a slightly increased
profit expected for the year, subject to audit, and the company's significant
cash position.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this
announcement.
