Result of Scheme Sanction Hearing

Further to its RNS of 22 September 2016, Gulf Keystone announces that the Sanction Hearing in respect of the Scheme took place on 29 September 2016, and that an order sanctioning the Scheme was granted at the hearing. As such the Restructuring continues to progress on track.
