Successful GBP400,000 Fundraising

The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised an additional GBP400,000 (before expenses) by way of a placing of new ordinary shares of 1 pence each, with the following shareholders: Mr Cheng-Feng Tsai (GBP50,000); Mr Chien Ming Cheng (GBP100,000); Mr Chih Feng Chao (GBP50,000); Mr Shu Hsiang Wu (GBP200,000) at a placing price of GBP0.002 ("Placing Price") per new ordinary share (the "Placing").

The proceeds of the placing will be used to further support the Company's short term working capital requirements.

The 200,000,000 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on ISDX Growth Market today, 23 February 2016.

Following the Placing, the issued share capital of the Company will increase to 770,712,176 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
