Gowin New Subsidiaries
The Company announces the decisions made by the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 7 July 2016. The Board approved the setting up of two subsidiaries, in Taiwan (Goyoung Company Limited) and in China.
Goyoung Company Limited
Goyoung Company Limited focuses on Sales business and will host the headquarters of the Operation centre. Its registered capital is USD 8,000,000. This subsidiary will allow the business model to extend to a more diversified client selection and to realise opportunities related to renewable energies.
Chinese subsidiary
The new subsidiary in China will meet Gowin's requirements in terms of Research & Development (R&D), production / manufacturing, sales, quality control and purchasing. With a registered capital of RMB 10,000,000, it will upgrade the R&D originally located at Gowin's headquarters. As a consequence, it will be the new location of the R&D Management centre.
