Conversion of Convertible Loan Notes

The Company is pleased to announce that pursuant to the announcement by the Company on 20 November 2015, the Noteholders of the Convertible Loan Notes from the following individuals: Mr Chao Chih-Feng (GBP100,000), Mrs Dai Ming-Hsuan (GBP50,000) and Mr Tsai Cheng-Feng (GBP100,000), have converted the whole of, the principal amount outstanding under the Notes into new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the conversion rate of GBP0.002, the aggregate of 125,000,000 issued fully paid New Ordinary Shares (which would represent approximately 21.90 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company).

The 125,000,000 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on ISDX Growth Market today, 15 February 2016.

Following the Placing, the issued share capital of the Company will increase to 570,712,176 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
