("Gowin" or the "Company")
GBP400,000 Convertible Loan Notes and Director's dealing
The Company is pleased to announce that it has acquired convertible loan notes (the "Convertible Loan") of a face value of GBP400,000. The Convertible Loan is provided by Mr Chen Chih Lung. Mr Chen Chih Lung purchased the loan between FonYu Investment Consultants Co Ltd and Gowin New Energy Group Ltd. The sale was completed on 10 June 2016.
The Noteholder of the Convertible Loan Notes, which are interest-free, may convert the whole or any part of his holding of Notes (subject to a minimum aggregates principal amount of GBP10,000 being converted each time) into fully paid New Ordinary Shares at the rate of one Ordinary Share for every GBP0.002 principal amount of Notes converted.
Director's dealing
Mr Chen Chih Lung, Director of the Company has agreed to buy the existing loan provided to the Company, by FonYu Investment Consultants Co Ltd. The loan was sold at the face value of GBP400,000.
